Our services
METALWORKING
Laser cutting of metal is carried out on a Dener fiber optic laser cutting machine (Turkey).
The table size is 3000×1500 mm, cutting accuracy is up to 0.05 mm.
Thickness of the processed metal:
● Black steel (carbon steel) up to 16 mm;
● Stainless steel up to 5mm;
Aluminum, brass up to 4 mm;
Galvanized steel and copper up to 3 mm.BENDING
Bending of varying degrees of complexity is carried out using FINN-POWER CNC equipment (Finland). The maximum bending length is 3000 mm, and the thickness of the metal to be bent is up to 3 mm.
CHOPPING
The cutting is carried out using BAYKAL programmable guillotine shears (Turkey), which allows for high-precision cutting of metal sheets up to 3 mm thick and 3 m wide, and HACO angle shears (Belgium).
